• A footnote in the Scott catalogue explains the three different types of "wood frames" found on stamps from the ATM pane:  Type 1 (stamps from the top row of each block of nine, with continuous wood bar across top row); Type 2 (stamps from the middle row of each block of nine, with continuous vertical wood bars at both sides and short horizontal bars at top and bottom); and Type 3 (stamps from the bottom row of each block of nine, with continuous wood bar across bottom row). Separate Scott numbers, or even minor listings, are not planned for these types.
• The plate number is below a green Santa (Scott 3891) of Type 1, or above a red Santa (Scott 3893) of Type 3.
